P022 - Villa Fiorella

The design belongs to two families, intentioned of building two separated houses for his own rest time. Because the dimensions of the lot, we suggested to join them to create a cute and practical villa for both families. Using a quit country Mexican style we generates a vary characteristic home owing to the local colors and material: pastel colors, wood, coconut palm sheet, etc. The house has a common area formed of the main entrance, the back patio, with service area and barbecue, the wide garden in the front, the stairs to access to the ocean, the garden in front of the ocean, guarantying anyway the correct privacy to each single house. Finally we get a small jewelry of peace and casual holiday cordiality with typical Caribbean atmosphere and wonderful ocean view.

Single villa plan: main bedroom, with bathroom and built-in closet, two bedroom with bathroom and built-in closet , studio, big living area opening directly on the porch with ocean view, kitchen maid’s rooms, larder and big porch surrounding most of the villa. In a separate area: guardian house, garage, covered barbecue. The villa, with roof made by wood, has been planned in two different blocks, creating a wonderful architectonical turn, which lends to the villa elegance and simplicity.
The very well planned location guarantees the better ocean view from every point of the villa.

P 023 Segur Ros

Residential area, situated on the hill of Las Galeras: main villa, just on the top of the hill and nine double villas. From the main villa and from most of the double villas you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view of the whole Rincon Bay.The project includes a swimming pool, a bar and a common recreational area.  Our architects adapted locally a preexistent project, made in Europe.

P 024 Rincon Rubi

Commercial and residential development situated in the wonderful hills of Playa Rincon. In a lot of 10’000 m2, we have designed several elements: a small hotel with 12 rooms and swimming poll, a restaurant with a bar, a commercial area with small shops, and a residential area with a private villa. Our architects studied carefully the position of each element, to give the correct commercial position to the restaurant and to the shops, but at the same to guarantee quiet to the hotel and total privacy to the villa. The development has been carefully incorporated in the environment, both for the architecture, and for the native material.

P 025 Villa Barkel

The design belongs to two families, which wished to build a  big comfortable house , in Playa Colorado  a wonderful quit virgin area. The two stories villa has a big living area and kitchen where the families spend  most of the time. Around the living  area, a wide  porch represents a perfect link with the external area: garden and swimming pool
Seven rooms, four bathrooms and service areas complete the villa. We used local material: wood, coconut palm sheet, pastel colors etc, to integrate the house into the natural caribbean environment. A wood footbridge  join the two sides of the house  conferring a special architectonical  harmony. The main side of the house looks like a lighthouse, standing guard in from of the beach.  From every room  of the house you can enjoy a wonderful ocean view, including Rincon Beach and the exuberant  hills  of the bay.  Finally we get an extraordinary villa, perfectly integrated  in a natural heavenly context.
